Meggy Moo’s award winning Sea Salt Butter is produced using the pasteurised, but not homogenised, milk from their own Holstein herd of cattle. The double cream is matured for 48 hours before locally harvested sea salt is added and the artisan butter is hand shaped.

Pick-up from the Salisbury Charter Market: all orders received by midday on Wednesday will be available for pick-up the following Saturday.

When you receive your cheese, unpack it straight away and call us if there has been a problem.
Your cheese is ready to eat and does not need to ripen. You can expect a hard cheese like Cheddar or a robust cheese like a Stilton to keep up to 14 days. A softer cheese like a Brie or a Camembert will keep for 10 – 14 days.
Keep your cheese in the waxed cheese paper it arrives in as it will allow it to breath while maintaining the humidity. If a softer cheese arrives in a box then keep it in the box. The best place to store your cheese is in the fridge and preferably in the salad compartment.
Take it out before you plan to eat it and let it warm to room temperature.
